Welcome 2026 Committee Members
Volunteerism is a common theme in our monthly newsletters. The reasons cited by VCC residents who apply for committees are as varied as the folks who reside in VCC; maintain standards, past experience on the Board or HOA governing bodies, desire to serve VCC, desire to continue to serve VCC, professional experience in a related field – such as safety or repairs, enhancing and renovating the facilities, and to continue the momentum of revitalizing and beautifying VCC.
This month, the Board would like to welcome VCC residents who have been appointed to the various committees – some of which have chosen to return for another term. The following committee appointments were ratified at the Master Board meeting held on May 25, 2026.
Architectural Review Committee:

- Incumbent: Wes Grube, Jerry Powell, Pete Buechner
Common Grounds:
- Incumbents: Billie-Jean Snyder, Mary Marrone, Greg Bertke, Denise Probst-Savoca, Ron Wicks
Communications Committee:
- Appointed: Lois Christensen, Susan D’Alessandro, Margaret Farmer, Jude Knisley
- Incumbent: Brian Kettler
Facilities Committee:

Finance Committee:
