Do you know that approximately 90 VCC owners volunteer their time, talents and energy, lots of energy, to address countless needs in our community? These volunteers improve our common grounds, repair our infrastructure, serve on committees, enhance our social events, and complete countless other tasks that make our life here better. If you know someone who volunteers, thank them, and maybe ask how you can join in the fun.
Information about The Major Project is easily found on the VCC website. Facts, figures, dates, plans, and progress are all there and updated frequently for you. Begin by signing in on the opening page then click on Major Projects at the top of the home page. Visit frequently to stay in the know with information and facts. No rumors there!
The Main Pool renovation is underway! We are beyond excited that Jackson Pools is on-site and has started the re-creation of a pool area we can all enjoy. We’re grateful for your patience and support and remind you to please stay away from the area while the work is being completed.
New signs have been posted in the area behind the clubhouse to remind us all that bicycles are not to be ridden on the bridge nor on the sidewalk between the main pool and golf course. And, please do not ride your bike on the walkway of The Patio. Use the bicycle racks provided in those areas. Several minor incidents and near misses have been reported. Let’s all do our part to avoid an accident.
If you’re having a party and want a very special place to hold it, contact Rafael about The Patio. It’s a terrific place to enjoy family and friends with the benefits of our clubhouse food and beverages. The bar is staffed, the lights are on, and you can even work with Rafael to have live entertainment. [email protected]
Some of our neighbors are heading north soon. We wish them safe travels and look forward to their return. Some of us remain and look forward to enjoying the sunny summer of VCC.
