Wii registration took place on November 22 and we are ready to play! Our dining room will transform into Country Creek Lanes starting Monday, January 13. If you are not familiar with Wii bowling, or know about it but have never come up to see what all the excitement is about, please join us any Monday afternoon.
Play begins Monday, Jan. 13 and continues through March 31. All games are played on Mondays. We will have 56 teams of four participating in the league. Every team will receive prize money at the end of the league season at the Wii Banquet which will be held at Country Creek on April 14.
We will have a Mandatory Captains’ Meeting on Jan. 11. If the captain of the team is not available, please send a substitute in your place. Every year we have similar questions and the same mistakes being made with score cards. So please be sure to have someone attend this important meeting.
Each year we have a great need for substitute bowlers. If you are interested in bowling but are not able to commit each week, substitute bowling is perfect. There is no fee for substitutes, but you must submit the substitute form to participate in the league. These forms are available in the lobby of the clubhouse.
Something new this year!! We are planning on having a friendly Wii Tournament at the end of our bowling season with fellow Wii bowlers from The Cascades, a community located on Estero Blvd. More on this to follow in the coming season.
