SUE PETRONIS, COLLEEN MOORE, AND JO LEBOEUF
The fall season of the CCLGA held its first scramble and luncheon on November 12 on a very warm Florida day. The scramble was well attended with 120 participants, all competing for the coveted first place win. The winners were Sue Petronis, Colleen Moore, and Jo LeBoeuf. Five dollars in Johnny Cash was presented to closest to the pin on hole #7, Marianne Meola, and closest to the hole #16, Syd Seneca.
Current CCLGA executive board members are Alison Vukojevic, President; Bonnie Gibson, Vice President; Patty Vavrek, Treasurer; Lynn Polulak, Parliamentarian; Sue Mastrodonato, 9 hole representative; and Nancy Eisenberg, Secretary.
The CCLGA held its first meeting at the luncheon, certifying affirmative results of a bylaws change, stating that payment for golf fees includes prize money.
A New Members’ breakfast is scheduled for January 20, 2025 to be held at VCC Clubhouse, hosted by Lynn Polulak, Parliamentarian.
A chairperson (or co-chairpersons) is still needed for the charity event scheduled for February 13, 2025. Please contact Alison Vukojevic at [email protected] to express your interest. It is a very important committee that is committed to raising money for a specific charity.
The next scramble and luncheon, Red and White tees to the green, is scheduled for December 10.
