Care Bears is a resource for our residents at Villages at Country Creek that provides medical equipment to our residents and sometimes their guests. We have wheelchairs, walkers, seated walkers, commodes, knee scooters, shower chairs, crutches and canes. If you have a need for any of these, please contact Karen at 217-220-0626.
These items have been generously donated by the residents at Country Creek.
We also, at times, have been asked to provide transportation to a medical appointment or do grocery shopping for someone that cannot do it themselves. If you are in need of assistance, please notify me in sufficient time so that I can arrange transportation for you. Also, if you are a resident and available to volunteer to drive another resident to their appointment, please contact me so that I can update my volunteer list.
