As we approach a new year in the Villages at Country Creek, The Villager wants to help all residents become more familiar with the various committees and their work. We’ll start this month with a list of the committees, their missions, and their scope of duties. In subsequent issues we aim to provide articles from each of the committees so that residents may recognize the excellent work these committees provide. Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Chair: Kathy Schal Mission: Advise and assist the General Manager and the VCC Master Board in the architectural matters of the association to enhance our community in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner.
Common Grounds Committee Co-Chairs: Pat Smoyer, Billie-Jean Snyder Mission: Advise and assist the VCC Master Board and General Manager about the appearance and maintenance of the common grounds of VCC to enhance our community in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner.
Communications Committee (ComCom) Chair: Lois Christensen Mission: Advise and assist the VCC Master Board and General Manager in sharing information that enhances our community in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner.
Facilities Committee Chair: Irene Crocker Mission: Advise and assist the VCC Master Board and General Manager in providing facilities that enhance our community in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner.
Finance Committee Chair: Rick Heltzel Mission: Advise and assist the General Manager, VCC Master Board, and Treasurer, about the fiscal matters of the association so our community operates in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner.
Golf Committee Chair: Bob Prange Mission: Advise and assist the VCC Master Board, General Manager, and Golf Professional on golf aspects of the golf program to ensure our gold program operates in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner.
